On time and high quality project delivery to SAIC

SAIC is a large Systems Integration and Consulting organization providing services to healthcare and health insurance industry. Project large and complex interfaces to be developed between Java Application and X12 EDI formats. Our services to SAIC inclued designing of interfacing architecture, interface development, testing and deployment. The solution was based on use of Mercator and Novera Server for Java connectivity. We followed the development and testing schedule as required by the trading partners and ensured quality deliverables to customer.

Softwell successfully delivers first phase of the SAP support project to Novellus:

Softwell recently delivered the first major phase of the SAP support project to Novellus from its off-shore project location in Bangalore, India. Softwell has worked with SAP business users and IT staff of Novellus to resolve over 600 user issues (tickets) for SAP's ERP application version 4.6C. Softwell team of functional consultants, technical and ABAP consultants and project managers worked with the customer to quickly document each issue, analyse and understand exact user requirements, define and design a proposed solution, discuss with the customer and progress through the development and testing phases to take every fix and enhancement to production.
